Kelly A. Hicks, Esquire, primarily focuses on estate planning /administration, real estate, business and elder law at the Simone Law Firm. Ms. Hicks joined The Simone Law Firm after working at another South Jersey law Firm, where she was given the opportunity to advise on a variety of legal issues, including estate planning/administration, real estate and business law matters. Previously, Ms. Hicks practiced at the IRS’ Office of Chief Counsel, in the Large Business and International Division, and in the real estate and trust/estate groups of another New Jersey based firm. Ms. Hicks also served a judicial clerkship for the Law Division of the Superior Court for the Honorable Donald A. Smith, Jr., J.S.C.
Ms. Hicks resides in East Greenwich with her husband and four children.
