Colleen M. McCafferty, Esquire (she/her/Ms.) primarily focuses on Business Law, Contract Law, and Civil Litigation at the Simone Law Firm. She is also developing her practice in Association Law (Condominium and Homeowners Associations), Land Use, and debt collection matters.
Ms. McCafferty joined The Simone Law Firm after running a solo US immigration law practice for five years and has prior experience working at a Cherry Hill, NJ insurance defense firm and handling complex commercial business litigation matters while working at a law firm in Philadelphia, PA.
Ms. McCafferty received her law degree from Rutgers School of Law in Camden, NJ and her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology & Urban Studies from Fordham University in the Bronx, NY.
Currently, Colleen serves as Secretary to the LGBTQ+ Rights Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) and is a member of the Camden County, Burlington County, and Cape May County Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
