William T. Dudeck, Esquire, is a senior litigation associate for the Simone Law Firm, P.C. Mr. Dudeck earned his under graduate degree in English from the University of Scranton and later graduated from Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law.
Mr. Dudeck has been practicing law for over twenty three (23) years in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. During this time he has prepared and tried cases before judges, juries and arbitration panels and has both briefed and argued cases up through the appellate courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. As part of this practice Mr. Dudeck has represented clients in the areas of banking and financial services; business and corporate law; construction law; education and school law; insurance coverage; mediation/ arbitration; land use and zoning; landlord-tenant law; municipal law; real estate; wills, trusts and estates; and many situations that do not neatly fit into just one particular category of law. He has equally significant experience in negotiating and drafting documents in non-litigation real estate and business transactions as well as experience in conducting the mediation and arbitration of civil disputes.
Originally from Scranton, Pennsylvania, Mr. Dudeck resides in Bucks County, Pennsylvania with his wife, their two children and their pets since 2001. His hobbies include landscaping, gardening, DIY projects, learning and volunteering.
