Dan Yosipovitch, Esq.

 

Dan Yosipovitch is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, with experience in zoning, land use, estate litigation, and general civil litigation at both state and federal levels.

During law school, Dan gained valuable experience as a judicial intern for the Honorable Roxanne Covington of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas and for the Honorable Thomas Logue of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals of Florida. He graduated from Penn State University, Schreyer Honors College, with a B.A. in Classics and Ancient Mediterranean Studies. Subsequently, he attended Temple University, Beasley School of Law, as a Beasley Scholar and served as President of Temple’s Jewish Law Students Association.

Dan is analytical, detail-oriented, and is committed to effective communication in his practice. Outside of work, he enjoys playing chess and basketball, as well as exploring new restaurants. He currently resides in Philadelphia with his girlfriend, two cats, Roo and Pez, and his dog, Winston.
