Kelly A. Hicks, Esq. brings a wealth of knowledge and over two decades of legal experience to the Simone Law Firm, P.C. where she advises clients on a wide range of legal matters, including estate administration, estate planning, real estate and business law.

Ms. Hicks earned her J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School and an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown Law. Her legal background includes a strong foundation in estate planning, taxation, real estate, and guardianship matters. Prior to joining the Simone Law Firm, P.C., Ms. Hicks worked at another prominent South Jersey firm, assisting individuals and families through all aspects of estate administration, including probate matters, inheritance tax returns, estate accounting, and asset distribution.

Ms. Hicks resides in Mickleton New Jersey and enjoys spending time with her husband and four children.
